Keep daily access separate from collection clearance
Tell the reviewer which doors, parking spaces, and delivery routes must remain in use. Ask about both container dimensions and the clearance needed to retrieve it. If materials will arrive as demolition waste leaves, plan those movements together. Where placement may use a public area, check the relevant authority's requirements for that location before scheduling equipment around an assumption.
Describe the load by material and stage
Separate furniture and packaging from dense flooring, roofing, soil, or masonry. Identify appliances, batteries, liquids, and uncertain building materials before loading starts. Confirm the rental's accepted materials and arrange appropriate handling for exclusions. If more than one trade contributes debris, give each the agreed list so an otherwise suitable container does not become a mixed special-material storage area.
Compare the load assumptions in each quote
Request the included weight, rental period, accepted materials, delivery, and final pickup. Identify any proposed exchange and driveway restrictions. Ask how additional days, inaccessible collection, or a changed material mix would be handled under the written agreement.
